Already have a Drop Off Appointment?

I understand that I am participating in the Summer 2025 JBF Houston South sale as a consignor. I am the owner of and have carefully inspected the items that I am consigning.

I understand and agree that Just Between Friends (JBF) Houston South, Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc., and The Ballpark at League City are not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to the items I am consigning.

I understand and agree that JBF Houston South, Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc., and The Ballpark at League City are not responsible for any and all claims of personal injury resulting from the JBF Houston South sale.

I understand that JBF Houston South is only a broker or agent for the Consignor. JBF Houston South has no obligation to pay for unsold items. Title possession remains with the Consignor.

I understand that I will earn 60% of the gross sales actually received by JBF Houston South for the items I offer for sale. I understand if I have not completed the waiver or drop off form before drop off days, my consignor fee will be $16, deducted from my check.

I understand JBF Houston South will sell the items I am consigning for the price listed on the barcode tags I have created. I understand that the price sold will be controlled by the printed tag attached to the item & not any subsequent changes online or written/marked on the tag. If I want the price to change, I must re-print and attach a new tag.

I understand that I may incur additional fees of $1.00/battery if any battery-operated items I am selling require a battery replacement during the sale in order to show that the item is in working order.

I verify that no item I am consigning is the subject of any current, pending or threatened recall notice according to the Consumer Products Safety Commission.

Any repaired item was repaired by the original manufacturer or in accordance with the original manufacturer's warranty program. I know of no reason why any item offered for sale by me would cause injury to another.

Each item is clean, in good operating condition & is not defective, broken or damaged in any way. If any item is purchased and returned because it is defective, is missing parts or does not work, I will not be paid any amount for the sale of that item.

I understand that JBF Houston South has a No Thank You policy of $0.25 per No Thank You item after a grace allowance of 5 items. This will be deducted from the consignor's check.

I understand that Consignor pickup is Sunday, June 29, 2025 from 3pm-5pm. I understand that all remaining items not picked-up by 5:01pm are to be given to our non-profit partner, Forgotten Angels.

I understand that by appearing in a public venue as a shopper or consignor, JBF has my permission to use my image in any JBF publicity avenue they choose. I may verbally request to not be photographed at the Sale.

I understand that the email address listed in my JBF Profile will be used to issue my consignor payment unless I request a paper check sent via US mail, within 2 weeks from the end of the sale.

I understand that there is a 90-day window to retrieve and deposit my check. After that time, a $25 charge will apply to place a stop on the original payment and reissue.

I understand that filling out this drop off form is opting in to receive emails and text messages from any sale owned and operated by Provident Consignment, LLC or Just Between Friends Houston South. I can opt out to receive emails or texts at anytime.

I understand that if I am consigning a Car Seat, a Car Seat Base, a Booster Seat, or a Crib, that I must provide the appropriate waiver attached to the item when dropping off . These can be found on the JBF Houston South how to sell website.

Guest(s) hereby consents to the use by Organizer of his/her likeness taken during the Event and grants and conveys unto the Organizer all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by the Organizer during the Guest(s) participation in any activities under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.
